Group 1 Streets: Milling On-Going and Paving to Begin. Group 2 Streets: Concrete Curb and Gutter Replacement Completed.

Group 1 Streets:

Work Performed:
·         Started pavement removal / milling of the existing asphalt pavement

Work Anticipated to be performed, July 30th to August 3rd
·         Complete pavement removal / milling of existing asphalt pavement
·         Roadway patching as needed
·         Pave new asphalt surface on roadway

Group 2  Streets:
o   Lakewood Lane (Greenwood Road to West End)
o   Prairie Lawn Road (Independence to Cul-de-Sac)
o   Pfingsten Road (Linneman Street to South End)
o   Jerrie Lane (Sherly Lane to Michael Manor)
o   Spruce Street (Robincrest Lane to Linneman Street)
o   Larkdale Drive (Spruce Street to 2121 Larkdale)
o   Linden Leaf Drive (Glenview Road to Roosevelt Avenue)
o   Railroad Avenue (Glenview Road to Linnman Street)

Concrete Curb and Gutter Replacement Continues. Milling to Begin

Work Performed:

·         Completed concrete curb & gutter replacement in Group 1
o   Magnolia Street
o   Timbers Edge Lane
o   Merle Lane
o   Blake Lane
o   Leanne Court

·         Performed concrete curb & gutter replacement along one side of the street in Group 2, including:
o   Lakewood Lane (Greenwood Road to West End)
o   Prairie Lawn Road (Independence to Cul-de-Sac)
o   Pfingsten Road (Linneman Street to South End)
o   Jerrie Lane (Sherly Lane to Michael Manor)
o   Spruce Street (Robincrest Lane to Linneman Street)
o   Larkdale Drive (Spruce Street to 2121 Larkdale)
o   Linden Leaf Drive (Glenview Road to Roosevelt Avenue)
o   Railroad Avenue (Glenview Road to Linnman Street)

Work Anticipated to be performed, July 23rd to July 27th  
·         Complete Concrete curb & gutter on opposite side of the street along Group 2 streets
·         Structure adjustments along Group 2 Streets
·         Pavement Removal / Milling along Group 1 Streets

Residents will be notified of any driveway restrictions within Group 2.

A majority of the concrete work will be completed next week within Group 2 streets. Work was performed on one side of the street last week, with the other side of the street being performed next week.

All the concrete work along Group 1 streets is now completed. We apologize for the delay, but needed to complete the storm sewer improvements prior to the remaining concrete work being completed. Pavement removal / surface grinding is anticipated to begin mid next week along Group 1 streets. If all goes as planned, asphalt surface paving will begin the week of July 30th

·         Complete concrete curb & gutter in Group 1 Streets:
o   Timbers Edge Lane
o   Merle Lane
·         Concrete curb & gutter and storm sewer improvements along Group 2 streets:
o   Lakewood Lane (Greenwood Road to West End)
o   Prairie Lawn Road (Independence to Cul-de-Sac)
o   Pfingsten Road (Linneman Street to South End)
o   Jerrie Lane (Sherly Lane to Michael Manor)
o   Spruce Street (Robincrest Lane to Linneman Street)
o   Larkdale Drive (Spruce Street to 2121 Larkdale)
o   Linden Leaf Drive (Glenview Road to Roosevelt Avenue)
o   Railroad Avenue (Glenview Road to Linnman Street)

Thank you for understanding as some of the roadway sections have been delayed due to scheduling conflicts.  It is anticipated the work will be progressing much quicker in the coming weeks.
