The contractor is currently working on completing the remaining concrete curb & gutter and sidewalk replacements along Group 1 (above list of streets) of the roadway improvements. We anticipate the storm sewer work and any remaining concrete sidewalk or curb & gutter replacement will be completed within the next 1 to 2 weeks

Once the concrete and storm sewer work is completed, the roadway resurfacing will begin.  We are hopeful that work will commence prior to the July 4th Holiday, but will heavily depend on weather conditions and work progress over the next few weeks.

Thanks again for all your patience as the remaining work is completed prior to asphalt resurfacing.

Thank you to all those residents that were without access to their driveways while the concrete work was on-going. Typically, driveway restricts will last 4-5 days while the curb is removed, forms installed, concrete poured, and provide sufficient time to allow the concrete to cure.

Once the concrete and storm sewer work is completed, the pavement resurfacing will begin. Additional information will be provided as that work is scheduled to be performed.

You may not see activity on your street for periods of time. Typically this is because the contractor is working in other parts of the Village as part of the same contract.  We will do everything possible to ensure the time construction on each street is minimized to the greatest extent possible.
